While this recipe doesn't really have too much to do with how one really makes fajitas, it is good. i just made it up one day when i was really really hungry. Enjoy!

Peppers are good

*Flour tortillas
*Red or green bell peppers (frozen works great)
*An onion
*A clove of garlic
*Soy Sauce
*Mexican seasoning (I think it is Shilling brand and I use it on almost everything)
*Crushed red pepper, if you like things hot

Cut the peppers and onion into strips, mushrooms into slices and garlic into teeny teeny bits. You can add any other veggies you have sitting around. Fry the onions in a bit of olive oil and then add the rest of the veggies. Put in the garlic. Add a splash of soy sauce and some seasoning and crushed red pepper. While you are doing that, heat up the tortillas for a minute in the microwave. Finally. put all the stuff in the tortillas and wrap it up. Add fresh tomatoes, sour cream, cilantro, and anything else that makes you happy.
